Weight gain during pregnancy



Weight gain during pregnancy is of great concern to women with stories of friends of friends who have taken more than 30 pounds, it's hard not to understand the verdict of the scale!

Then remove all the weight, very importantly, the various fluids that you lose (water, blood) and the placenta, and you arrive at only 4 or 5 extra pounds, nothing more after a winter a little too chocolatey !
