Basic safety precautions



Good habits (exercise, healthy diet with enough fruit and vegetables, quitting smoking, moderate alcohol consumption, etc.). And maintaining a healthy weight helps reduce the risk of several types of cancer including breast cancer.

Of course, the fight against cancer requires not only individual actions, but also collective action: reducing the presence of chemicals in household products, reduce chemical pesticide use, planning cities to promote the activity physics, etc..
