An image of fatherhood modeled on his own father

The emergence of the desire of paternity in a man depends very much on the image he has or had his own father. Thus, it was a happy child and that his father represented for him a model, the desire to be a dad will not encounter too much difficulty waking. But it was just fulfilling a childhood with an absent father, alcoholic or violent, his desire for parenthood may be slow to unfold, by unconscious fear of becoming the father he wanted different. The history of every man thus determines the ease or difficulty in imagining her as a father, and thus feel the desire to paternity.
