Migraine: New Treatment by the method CEFALY



Migraine is a particular variety of headache (headache) occurring with intermittent attacks separated by intervals free female.

The migraine attack is triggered often by these factors:

-Psychic factors: stress, anxiety, depression ...

-Dietary factors: alcohol, chocolate, certain cheeses ...

- The flashing lights, noise and smells violent

  1. Unlike what most people do, headaches shouldn't just be shaken off especially when it's recurrence increases. Start with simple practices such as resting your eyes every so often or proper hydration. Headaches could lead to worse things so never let them go unchecked.

  2. For me, stress is the number one triggering factor of headache and migraine. So if headache attacks, I simply unwind and make myself relax. At the same time, I go on walking while swaying both my hands and arms. This method can help alleviate pain. If you want faster relief, then you can take pain medications.

  3. I love chocolates and I think it's one of the reasons why I have a frequent migraine attack. I hate it when the pain strikes. I always have my medicine with me but I don't want to take them for the rest of my life. I am trying to stay away with chocolates little by little.
