Accept Your Limitations



. Accept your limitations. When a friend, colleague or family member asks you something you know can not do, just say no. It does not perhaps make the other person happy, but accept your limits you will not be unnecessarily overworked.

• If you do not respect your time, what else will?

. Create a support system. When you have people to whom you can turn, you can release stress in a positive way. When you need a little comfort, it helps to know that you can pick up the phone and call the moral support!

• Your support system may consist of family members and friends who are willing to listen to you or even help around the house.
