1. Arrange for the days to come. The best thing you can do when you're a single mother is to organize, plan things. You will find that the little things in life that often cause the most stress can be managed better when you organize.
· Prepare meals in advance and freeze them until you're ready to use.
· Get everyone out their clothes the night before and put their shoes outside the entrance and begin the day efficiently.
2. Involve children. You can not do everything by yourself, then your kids involved in things to do. Any thing that your kids can save you much time and effort over the day. In addition, this will teach them the importance of accountability and participation in the family.
