Female Cycle



Women like the moon, which is closely linked to it, is renewed through a cycle of growth and decay, which is one of the menstrual cycle. PMS (Moon) and consists of four stages of growth:

- From 0 to 14 days - the pre-ovulatory phase, which corresponds with the waxing moon: increased levels of estrogen in the blood. In Ayurveda is Cava stage (growth)

- 14 days: the stage of ovulation, which is the full moon. Increase prana, the life force energy that launches the egg.

- 14 to 28 a day: premenstrual phase corresponding to the decline Moon: increase of progesterone in the uterus to receive the embryo if fertilization occurs to prepare. Ayurveda is the beta phase (transformation)

- Day 28: the menstrual phase, which corresponds to the new moon, low hormones, the lining of the uterus is separated from the uterus to release the unfertilized eggs. In Ayurveda is the stage Vata (downward movement for the Liberation of blood)
